Michelle Lee Marrs
Ms. Marrs is a 1992 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. She received her law degree from Thomas M Cooley in 1998. Ms. Marrs practices in the areas of bankruptcy including adversary proceedings.

Tricia Stewart Terry
Ms. Terry is a 1996 graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Criminal Justice. She received her law degree from Thomas M Cooley in 1998. Ms. Terry practices in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate and estate planning/probate matters.

Melissa D. Francis
Ms. Francis is a 1998 graduate of James Madison College at Michigan State University with a degree in International Relations. She received her law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 2001. Ms. Francis concentrates her practice in all areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy from the Creditor and the Debtor perspective.

Jeffrey G. Bennett

Mr. Bennett is a 1987 graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a degree, cum laude, in Criminal Justice. He received his law degree, with honors, from the prestigious George Washington University in 1990. Since his admission to the Michigan Bar in November 1990, Mr. Bennett has concentrated his practice on Criminal Defense, Family Law, and general civil litigation. He is a member of the Legal Redress Committee of the Ann Arbor NAACP.
